Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Local Search Reset is operated by Nicholas Galbraith, a sole proprietor based in Michigan, United States. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Local Search Reset. “You” refers to the purchaser and the business the purchaser is authorized to represent.

2. The service

The one-time Local Search Reset covers the items described on the purchase page at the time of payment. The service may include auditing major public listings, correcting approved business details where access and platform rules allow, improving selected profile fields, submitting directory corrections, creating review tools, delivering before-and-after documentation, and performing the stated recheck.

Anything outside the published scope requires separate written agreement. We do not guarantee rankings, platform approval, customer reviews, traffic, leads, or revenue.

3. Your authority and responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to purchase work for the business and authorize the requested listing changes. You agree to provide complete and accurate business information, review proposed facts, respond to reasonable questions, and provide manager or partner access where needed.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Missing information, approvals, or access pauses the delivery schedule.

4. Payment and timing

Payment is due in full through Stripe before work begins. The normal initial-delivery target is three business days after payment, completed intake, required approvals, and required platform access are all received. We confirm your place in the queue and expected dates after intake. Platform review times and client-caused delays are outside our control.

5. Platform access and third parties

Where possible, access must be granted through official manager, partner, or invitation tools. We do not request or store account passwords. Google, Meta, directories, hosting providers, payment processors, and other third parties control their own systems, rules, review decisions, and availability. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

6. Cancellations and refunds

A cancellation requested before work begins receives a full refund. After work begins, completed work is documented and any unearned portion is refunded. Platform delays, rejected submissions, ranking changes, or business results are not by themselves grounds for a refund when the agreed work was performed accurately.

If a material included item cannot be completed, the remedy will be a reasonable correction, an agreed substitute, or a refund allocated to the unperformed portion. Refunds are issued through Stripe. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

7. Deliverables and reuse

You may use the client-specific reports, review-request materials, QR code, and graphic delivered for your business. Local Search Reset retains its pre-existing templates, methods, processes, general know-how, and non-client-specific materials.

Optional use of de-identified service observations for research or aggregated commercial reports is governed by our Privacy Policy and requires separate permission. Purchasing the service does not by itself provide that permission.

8. Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim relating to the purchased service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party platform decisions. This section does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms shown when you purchase govern that purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Questions may be sent through our contact page.
